Back in 2013, I found myself consistently wanting more out of the typical hot sauces. I needed something a little bit hotter and a whole lot tastier. This is where the journey to create a sauce with the perfect balance of heat and flavor began. With years of practice, I have honed the art of crafting perfectly balanced hot sauce here in Calgary. My secrets? Small batches, high quality natural ingredients and a few deftly curated spices. Our Carolina reaper peppers are grown in the sun of eastern Ontario and hand picked by my mom Melissa.
